Job Responsibilities
Research and identify potential businesses (mainly in the US) that need website design & SEO services.
Record and send personalized mini-audit videos to prospects.
Contact businesses through email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn with a professional approach.
Book appointments, follow up, and manage communication until closing.
Conduct online meetings with clients (Zoom/Google Meet) to present services confidently in English.
Work with the design/SEO team to align client needs with service offerings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years proven experience in Marketing & Sales (preferably B2B or IT/Digital Services).
Fluent in English (both spoken & written) — must be able to confidently talk with international clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Smart, professional personality with a client-first approach.
Must be comfortable working night shift (US hours).
Experience with email outreach, lead generation, or digital marketing sales will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Skills
Lead generation (Google Maps, LinkedIn, industry directories).
Cold email/WhatsApp outreach and follow-up.
Video presentation skills (recording audit videos).
CRM tools and pipeline management (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of Web Design & SEO (not technical, but enough to explain to clients).
Objection handling and closing skills.
