Job Context:
∎ OtoMatic POS Software, a next-generation technology conglomerate, is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who will be responsible for business development, marketing and sales of IT products and services.
∎ As a Executive, Business Development, you will take care of sales leads generation, guiding sales executives, creating strategic alliance partnerships, generating referrals, and formulating short and long-term strategies. You will also set strategic product objectives by identifying, developing and supporting channels; monitoring results; increasing sales; maximizing revenues; managing customer relationships and educating prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Conducting market research on rival products.
∎ Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
∎ Prepare sales presentations, proposals, including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines
∎ Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
∎ Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing
∎ Maintaining client relations.
∎ Negotiating the deals with the clients.
∎ Handling complaints of the clients.
∎ Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
∎ Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

∎ Must have knowledge about software/IT-enabled services and market insights
