Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to client IT support requests.
∎ Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client. # Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
∎ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers # Prepare accurate and timely reports
∎ Excellent client-facing skills Requirement:
∎ Microsoft Office
∎ In-depth knowledge of Windows
∎ Advanced knowledge of IT software, hardware, and network setup.
∎ Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problems.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
