Experience:
Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.
Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.
Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,
Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors` strategies.
Tracking competitor`s movement & analyzing the market.
Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
To be responsible for increasing market share by building a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers.
