Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in science discipline/Masters from any reputed University.
∎ Related experience will be preferred for any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales, developing a business plan covering sales, Achieving monthly Budget.
∎ Developing sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
∎ Conducting regular market visit, competitor activities and searching for new opportunities.
∎ Sharing to management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
∎ Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the territory.
∎ Establishing a system of reports and communication, keeping sales report, analyze the market potentiality.
∎ Identifying & exploring new business opportunities in the assigned territory; maintain and expand customer base.
∎ Creating market demand of all products as key products.
∎ Meeting with potential customers and exchanging ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business as well.
∎ Provide after sales service activities and solving the customer quires.
∎ Arranging sales meeting periodically.
∎ Counseling with dealers, distributors and relevant people in field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of Animal health and its market.
∎ Applicant have valid driving license will preferred
∎ Ability to handle all stakeholder with smiling face.
∎ Adapt any adverse situation.
∎ Excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should have strong strategic thinking capacity, sound analytical, proactive, innovative and sales administrative skills.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent and super-fast data analyzing and reporting skills.
