∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Automobile, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure Territory sales target, setting tour program and Evaluate agent & dealer performance.
∎ To organizing and monitoring the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, Provide strategic guideline for upgrading weak market to get better performance.
∎ To efficient and effective credit management to getting output for the business.
∎ To strong network building in the segment of traders and end users.
∎ To develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential, markets in the agricultural –machinery sector.
∎ To keep up to date information of competitors products and ensure fair communication from customer to management and management to customers.
∎ To minimize all sales related issue by coordinating with others department.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 years Field level Sales experience with Agricultural Machinery like Tractor, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter etc.

Salary: Negotiable
