Job Context:
∎ Silmoon Electrodes Ltd. is the first-ever electric arc welding electrodes manufacturer in Bangladesh which is using state of the art technology from Japan. Our aim is to saturate the Bangladesh market with welding consumables of consistent quality and international standards. We are looking for ambitious, pro-active, self-motivated and hard-working candidates to join our sales and marketing team.
∎ Full time sales and marketing roles
∎ Engage in sales and marketing function of Welding consumables Business with Dealers, Corporate customers, Institutional customers, various Projects and welding Workshops.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit regularly external customers i.e. dealers, retailers and all levels of customers and workshops to get regular market information.
∎ Generate and win new customers to achieve company's sales target
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor the dealers' and customer's activities to ensure the company's targeted sales objectives.
∎ Assist for developing a strategic sales plan along with exploiting potential regional markets
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management to maximize business results.
∎ Manage efficient operation to ensure vast coverage across the given area by supporting the assigned Distributor and dealers.
∎ Devise new promotional and marketing strategies to highlight the services of the company to get new customers
∎ Ensure after sales services as per company policy.
∎ Keep up data information of competitors' products and ensure liaison with customers.
∎ Gather market data, understand industry trends, and accumulate in-depth product knowledge.
∎ Prepare periodic statements to show current status and future trends
∎ Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing of FMCG, construction materials etc. Experience in welding electrode industry will get preference.
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Positive and can do attitude with the team
∎ Smart, honest, transparent, and self-motivated
∎ Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
