∎ A bachelor's or Masters' degree or certification in travel or hospitality may be advantageous;

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a business plan and strategy based on pre-discussed KPIs, i.e. number of sales, average spend, customer footfall, etc.;
∎ Find ways to both monitor and improve customer satisfaction rates;
∎ Negotiate pricing and commission models with external stakeholders and partner travel companies;
∎ Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;
∎ Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records;
∎ Design travel products and tour packages;
∎ Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for modified travel and sustainable tourism;
∎ Take part in familiarisation visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers;
∎ Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules on a regular basis;
∎ Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations;
∎ Provide sales reports to the management;
∎ Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business;
∎ Motivate the sales team and partners to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability;
∎ Meet regularly with the management to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ A minimum of 3 years experience in the travel industry, including 1-year supervisory role;
∎ Knowledge of travel management processes;
∎ The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
∎ Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
∎ A basic understanding of geography;
∎ Strong technical and business communication
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Proven sales and marketing abilities;
∎ Organizational and planning skills;
∎ Customer service skills;
∎ Financial management skills;
∎ Marketing and selling skills;
∎ Research skills;
∎ Strong leadership and team-building skills

Salary: Negotiable
