Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
Nourish Agro Ltd. is seeking a motivated Marketing Officer to support the promotion and sale of agricultural products such as silage and slaughter items. This role involves collaborating closely with the Department Head to increase sales, grow market share, and strengthen customer relationships, contributing to the company’s agri-business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project team to ensure successful execution of marketing and sales plans.
Organize transportation and logistics for silage distribution according to operational needs.
Promote and sell silage and other agricultural products related to the project.
Manage and maintain customer communication through WhatsApp groups, ensuring timely responses and smooth interactions.
Conduct telemarketing and follow up with customers to broaden the client base and maintain loyalty.
Support the Department Head in carrying out marketing strategies, field promotions, and business development efforts.
Support the Head of the Silage Department with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Assist with ongoing departmental and field-level tasks.
Verify the accuracy of bills and vouchers and ensure timely submission to the Accounts Department.
Prepare reports detailing sales results, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head to ensure effective project operations.
