Educational Requirements:
∎ Kamil / Master's (Preference will be given to candidates of madrasah background).
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing the business within the assigned territory or territories using a variety of sales techniques.
∎ Assessing and targeting potential market opportunities and customers to generate sales.
∎ Collecting and analyzing competitor activities & data and reporting it to the proper channel.
∎ Daily market visit for target meetup.
∎ Meeting up collection targets is a must; it is not an option.
∎ Implementing all promotional activities for book sales.
∎ Manage Agent / Retailer effectively and efficiently to get maximum output for the sales.
∎ Creating a strong network with the respective teachers, teaching-related institutions, and with the Agent / Retailer.
∎ Ensure sales against the proper distribution of specimen books.
∎ Keep yourself up to date with the industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ As per company policy.
