• Age 24 to 33 years
• Only Male

• Willing to work under pressure.

• Strong proficiency in sales and marketing. 

• Excellent sales negotiation and analytical skills. 

• Self-motivated, result-driven, and collaborative mindset. 

• Developing the business within the assigned territory or territories using a variety of sales techniques.

• Assessing and targeting potential market opportunities and customers to generate sales.

• Collecting and analyzing competitor activities & data and reporting it to the proper channel.

• Daily market visit for target meetup.

• Meeting up collection target is a must; it is not an option.

• Implementing all promotional activities for book sales.

• Manage Agent / Retailer effectively and efficiently to get maximum output for the sales.

• Creating a strong network with the respective teachers, teaching-related institutions and with the Agent / Retailer.

• Ensure sales against the proper distribution of specimen books.

• Keep yourself up to date with the industry news to identify opportunities for new business scopes.

TA/DA with others as per company policy.
