Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master’s in Marketing from any reputed University.
∎ (MBA major in Marketing will be given preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 2year experience in any marketing position, Experience in Hotel Marketing will be given preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop effective strategic marketing plan for the center.
∎ Carry out person-to-person/doorstep marketing and promotional activities.
∎ Prepare and update potential clients’ database.
∎ Introduce and initiate new and innovative ideas/tools for effective marketing.
∎ Distribute promotional materials (brochure/leaflet/catalogue etc.) to prospective clients.
∎ Conduct market survey time to time to have a clear conception about clients’ needs, requirements and demands.
∎ Promote center’s brand image in any events through promotional materials.
∎ Regularly visit GO/NGO, Companies, Corporate offices, factories etc. to inform different offers and persuade them to receive services from the center.
∎ Give ideas to make the center’s services more appealing to clients.
∎ Maintain contact and build relationship with the clients through phone calls, mails and personal visits.
∎ Visit other cities or areas of the country to promote center’s image and services.
∎ Interact with ad agencies, public relations firms, media and event management groups when necessary.
∎ Attend official meetings of the center to ensure proper communication and planning.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures and hospitality management.
∎ Skillful in written, verbal communications and reporting.
∎ Expert user of Microsoft Office Package, internet surfing and e-Mail.
∎ Able to ride motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ Good understanding of market fluctuations and trends.
∎ Demonstrate honesty, hardworking attitude & flexibility in working hours.
∎ Age and educational requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidate.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of Probation period, the employee will be entitled for the benefits according to the service rules of organization including provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, kormi Bima, Kormi Sohayota Tohobil etc.

In September 1998, in recognition of the exceptional work of CSS, the then honorable Prime Minister of People Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the 200 bed Rev. Abdul Memorial Hospital in Tilok, Khulna in the Southern part of Bangladesh.
