Job Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients and business opportunities in the markets.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, including refineries, distributors, and industrial consumers.

· Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.

· Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, market trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape.

· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations of sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the trading and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

· Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

· At least 1 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the oil, energy, petrochemical, or industrial sales sector.

· A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel as required.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

· Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
