∎ Post Graduate/MBA/Masters in Marketing is preferable.

Job Context:
∎ The Manager- Marketing & Merchandising is senior-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall marketing function for buyer sourcing and new buyer development.
∎ Skills Required- Marketing, Merchandising (Business Development, Garments Textile, International, Export Marketing, Merchandising)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have direct contact with buyers and will be responsible for new marketing.
∎ Responsible for marketing and merchandising tasks for multiple new and existing accounts.
∎ Ensure collection of orders from buyers/buying houses directly.
∎ Strong command of supply chain / backward linkage management systems.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of all types of garment fabrics, yarns, trims, and accessories and source them for confirmed orders.
∎ Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics Departments to ensure on-time shipments.
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitors' offerings, demographic demand shifts, and other information that may influence future marketing strategies.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the Group
∎ Go the extra mile every day' for customers.
∎ Individual capable to handle profitable business
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets
∎ Manages relationship with key customers
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets
∎ Identifies avenues for new business initiatives / tie-ups / collaborations etc.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all employees under him.
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance excellence
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Must be experienced in Textile Industry.
∎ MUST BE A TEAM LEADER.
∎ MUST HAVE DIRECT BUYERS' CONTACTS.
∎ Can lead local & foreign buyer meetings independently.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationships.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population.
∎ Post Graduate/MBA/Masters in Marketing is preferable.
