Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context
JSK Travels, a trusted and growing travel and recruitment service provider in Bangladesh, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding brand presence, attracting clients and candidates, and ensuring effective promotion of overseas job opportunities and travel services.

  • Conduct outbound mobile calls to prospective and existing clients to inform them about new job opportunities and recruitment services.

  • Maintain professional, friendly, and persuasive communication with clients at all times.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business engagement.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the agency’s manpower recruitment network.

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to support business growth.

  • Maintain and regularly update a database of clients, leads, and agents for follow-up and reporting.

  • Coordinate with social media and design/printing teams to ensure effective distribution of job circulars.

  • Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure successful recruitment and placement.

  • Monitor daily activities including calls, lead generation, and agent performance.

  • Track client interactions, leads, and recruitment progress to improve overall performance.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Marketing Manager on outreach results and campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies and recruitment standards.
