∎ Set effective strategy and provide guidelines to sales colleagues to achieve the Sales target
∎ Maintain relationship with KOLs in the assigned Area.
∎ Evaluate the performance of sales colleagues on regular basis and provide motivation and support
∎ Report Goals, sales activities market insights and customer data under prescribed communication methods and channels in regular and timely fashion
∎ Set effective strategy and provide guidelines to sales colleagues to achieve the Sales target
