∎ Smart Air Bangladesh sells simple, no-nonsense air purifiers and provides free knowledge, information and workshops to combat the impacts of air pollution for the people of Bangladesh, and protect themselves from the dangers of air pollution.

∎ THE ROLE
∎ The Marketing Manager undertakes market research, understands the trends and customer preferences, creates marketing strategy and budgets, oversees the creation of marketing materials and content, and performs all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business`s sales. The Marketing Manager starts from developing strategies to planning and executing the campaign to analysing the ROI and tracking the budget, covering the process right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.

∎ We conduct "small business" style marketing; we have a 1-page marketing plan and we believe in guerilla marketing. Innivative and out- of the-box ideas that capture attention in masses We follow a reliable plan for rapid business growth. You`re going to be the individual spearheading developing and leading this plan.
∎ We believe marketing should be fun! It`s a wonderful opportunity to get creative and come up with new ideas, test their impact. After every new marketing campaign implemented we revisit the drawing board, brainstorming together with colleagues to perfect our ideas and see where we can improve. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your role will focus on:
∎ Operating as part of the management team, consisting of Marketing, Operations and Sales and Social Mission;
∎ Establishing an integrated marketing strategy (online & offline) in collaboration with the management team, setting marketing goals, identifying trends and suggesting improvements;
∎ Designing unconventional campaigns to raise awareness on the dangers of air pollution;
∎ Developing our branding strategy: we want use our unique positioning in the market to establish our brand as a household name in Bangladesh;
∎ Building and leading a team of junior marketeers (Marketing Associates) to support you with the design and implementation of online & offline sales campaigns and marketing activities;
∎ Managing the marketing budget and making informed & data-backed decisions on what to spend, on which type of advertising, and where;
∎ Analyze sales data, sales trends and market competition and prepare sales report;
∎ Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, and present your ideas & findings, summarized market data and trends in reports to your colleagues, getting everyone on board by getting everyone to understand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ YOUR EXPERIENCE:
∎ Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as a (Digital) Marketing Executive.
∎ A proven track record in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
∎ Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
∎ Demonstrable experience in online sales (e-commerce) and offline sales.
∎ A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.

∎ YOUR SKILLS:
∎ Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
∎ Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients.
∎ Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
∎ Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 55,000 - 60,000 monthly, depending on experience The job is for 5 days a week. Must come to the office in Gulshan 1.
