Job Context:
∎ Marketing
∎ Managing the overall growth

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching potential customers by regularly market visit, Sales and Shopkeeper.
∎ Responsible for the door to door sales to increase revenue from sales. (IT)
∎ Responsible as a shopkeeper also for mobile banking (Bkash, Nogod, and others).
∎ The person's seating place in a Shop in Banani Super Market (Ground Floor).
∎ Collect order and ensure on-time product delivery.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ The candidate must be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability of the Company's products.
∎ Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set to expand the marketing network of a particular area.
∎ Development of new clients and maintain a good relationship with clients.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Follow up exclusive clients regularly.
∎ Follow-up daily sales report.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be young, energetic and self-motivated.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Marketing, Sales Commission will be added.: Commission from Influencing power to the customer will be added.: Overtime may be added.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Credit card, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
