Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Minimum BBA from a reputed University, with a major in Marketing. Masters/MBA will be a plus
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Microsoft PowerPoint, Search Engine Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, IT Marketing, SEO and Digital Marketer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the top management to set the marketing strategy for both existing and new businesses of Shampan Group. He/She will be particularly responsible for Shampan retail, E-commerce and IT departments.
∎ Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
∎ Oversee marketing campaigns.
∎ Work with the developers and sales team to promote our products and services.
∎ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the Management.
∎ Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
∎ Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
∎ Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment.
∎ Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
∎ Overseeing the company's participation at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Strong presentation and public speaking skills: good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
∎ Experience with SEO, Social Media Marketing and E-mail marketing
∎ Understanding of marketing and business analytics
∎ Experience in cost estimating, expediting and prioritizing
∎ Capable of working independently, as well as lead a team when required.
