Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and enterprising
∎ marketing manager who has at least 1-2 years of
∎ proven experience in sales and marketing in
∎ any sector to make a meaningful contribution to
∎ our company to reach the goals of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets according to the service estimates of this organization.
∎ Motivate and motivate the sales team to get the job done.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts.
∎ Provide sales related sales team and technical or any other assistance.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Conduct frequent meetings with the sales team.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting to the principal.
∎ Prepare an annual plan, and a monthly action plan in line with competitors' activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve goals.
∎ Conduct monthly meetings, conferences and scientific seminars.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
∎ Ready to take on additional work and responsibilities
∎ deemed necessary by management.
