∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyses Sales
∎ Sales expert
∎ Working with the executive team, such as the marketing director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
∎ Website management
∎ Social media management.
∎ Copywriting and content management.
∎ Data analytics
∎ PR and corporate communications.
∎ Overseeing marketing campaigns.
∎ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting finding to the executive team.
∎ Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies writing and delivering control and social media plans.
∎ Looking after the budget to the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
∎ Managing the design and production of promotional materials such as website and brochures.
∎ Overseeing the company's attendance at events such as trade shows, conferences and festivals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4+ years experiences on Online and Offline Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Event, Branding.
∎ Skills Required: Analytics, Different digital & e-commerce tools, UI/UX, presentation and negotiation
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise. ? Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
