∎ Objectives of this Role:
∎ Establish positioning, identify target brands & buying offices and develop marketing plans with specific objectives.
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing relationships with Brand offices, liaison offices and buying house.
∎ To promote RP Apparels products to brands for approvals & nominations.
∎ Collection of market intelligence, keeping a close eye on new developments by competition and report to H.O for necessary decision making.
∎ Trouble Shooting with brands and buying offices.
∎ Submission of new collections to brands.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years of experience working in similar role with renowned garment accessories companies.
∎ Proven track record of positive performance
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Creating and implementing marketing plan
∎ Analyzing sales data
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Developing budgets
