Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define brand communication strategy for business messaging, communicate new innovation and deliver successful product launches to drive existing and new customer engagement
∎ Plan the online and offline marketing strategy (including external and internal comms) and set and manage marketing calendars and critical paths for execution covering all channels
∎ Plan the overall digital marketing plan including advertising on social media, online platforms & management.
∎ Conduct market research and evaluate trends to help teams understand our global marketplace
∎ Set clear objectives for all marketing activity and evaluate performance and result of each action, reporting back to business leaders
∎ Communicate product updates with a consistent brand message around the globe to both customers and internal colleague teams
∎ Create marketing effectiveness analyses, inform and measure strategy
∎ Report on best practices, industry trends, business, and marketing program results.
∎ Lead and guide the digital and marketing team and provide recommendations to make decisions in a timely manner
∎ Manage all briefs delivering on time, on-brand, and relevant for our audiences.
∎ Continually strive to push brand thinking with a passion for creative storytelling, B2B consumer behavior, emerging trends in social marketing, and new media
∎ Brief and develop creative/artwork with teams generating all digital and physical work - covering catalog layouts, product presentations, new branding initiatives, social and digital content, and corresponding marketing copy to ensure these are delivered to an activation-ready standard, brief, and on schedule.
∎ Understand competitor activity and ensure the latest creative and category trends are implemented
∎ Develop ideas in line with Global creative guidelines and best practices
∎ Ensure layouts are finished accurately to brief prior to customer meetings or deadlines
∎ Finalize all marketing materials ready for publication on print media and TV channels

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience in managing mobile brands will be an added advantage
∎ Expertise in handling traditional & online plus social media marketing campaigns
∎ Expertise in handling Online Marketing for the B2B mobile sector
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit and love to collaborate with others to build new things
∎ Charismatic communicator, lateral thinker, and product-driven individuals will be highly valued for this role
∎ A strategic thinker with business acumen, analytical and numerical skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented, self-motivated, responsive, detail-minded and solution-oriented
∎ Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in English
