Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline
∎ Masters / Bachelor from any reputed University with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & Coordinate the activities of Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager & distributors.
∎ Listed the Doctor name with the name of area(Dentist) for marketing purpose and visit them routine wise, for prescription our products.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target.
∎ Maximize unit-wise sales achievement of the region.
∎ The development plan should cover aspects of trade marketing, Product development (quality, packaging etc.), market development, manpower issues, Distribution development and logistic support.
∎ Recommend new distributor appointment.
∎ Monitor scheduling and implementing all the lifting of the region and communicate with the Head office accordingly.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and other activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ 1-3 Years of experience in similar position.
