Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA in Marketing /Masters in marketing / Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is target oriented, where the individual will be responsible for sales of Electronics product like switch & socket, Gang switch, LED Bulb, Tube Light Etc.
∎ Always be aware of market conditions in relevant products such as prices, supply and demand.
∎ Searching for new clients/ projects for prospective business. Site / project visit and report submission to superior.
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on National Sector.
∎ Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate marketing strategy and tools to increase brand awareness in the market.
∎ Negotiate pricing and product quality with customer. Maintain effective liaison with all internal and external stakeholders and identify partnership opportunities to enhance marketing operations.
∎ Maintain and update customer database and design appropriate marketing tools to reach them from time to time with appropriate message and offer to create/ enhance demand for products.
∎ Introduce new ideas and processes that farther facilities the smooth running of business.
∎ Responsible for new business development and try to maximize company growth.
∎ Maintain proper MIS (Management Information System) regularly.
∎ Knowledge of Market Analysis, Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles and Practices.
∎ May be assigned with any additional responsibility at any time, at the sole discretion of the Management & Head of department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Electric & electronics product based Companies/ Group of companies.
∎ Having Sound knowledge in computer office package specially-office packages- MS Excel /MS Word/Internet Browsing
∎ Good command over spoken and written English-provides clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the clients
∎ Excellent reporting & presentation skills.
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well mannered and intelligent.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
∎ Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills-works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
