Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Com/ BBA from any reputed University or Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check Requisition, GRN, stock ledger, gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submit to head of department.
∎ Responsible for reconciliation of raw materials on receipts, issue, consumption and leftover quantity.
∎ Conduct surprise audit, investigation, operational audit, process audit, physical inventory counting etc.
∎ Prepare different audit reports with accuracy and match with audit objective for the use of the head of department.
∎ Prepare different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of head of department..
∎ Review and ensure total inventory process
∎ Factory inventory Related Trouble shooting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Inventory management, Physical inventory Audit, Operating Tally Software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Specially Electrical sector.
∎ Computer operation - MS Word, MS Excel
∎ Experience at an Electrical & electronics manufacturer or Trading will be an added advantage.
