∎ Masters Degree from any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare marketing/promotional plan/budget and activities to achieve sales and market share objectives & execute promotional activities/tools & communication strategies as well as innovate ideas and methods of improving product performance of the team.
∎ Keep latest information of different medical devices products and evaluate competitor's activities and formulate counter strategy for the same;
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitors' offerings, demographic demand shifts, and other information that may influence future marketing strategies.
∎ Identify areas for improvements in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategies, production target achievement, etc.
∎ Reporting to management on all ongoing activities and issues on a routine basis.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior timely with accuracy.
∎ Should have capacity to build up a market team.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities, including new market places, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Knowledge Project implementation, Market research management.
∎ Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Managing the marketing department's staff.
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
∎ Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
∎ Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
∎ Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Short listed candidate will be telephoned. (Please don't come without first getting the Telephone call from JBF)
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Candidate should have vast knowledge on Bio-Medical Heavy Equipments like Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, ENT and Dental Department's equipment.
∎ The Candidate will be preferred who working with the renowned Japanese brands for the above departmental equipment like Nihon Kohden, Canon, Takagi, Atom, Daiichi and Ritter Concept.
∎ Adequate knowledge about Bangladesh Bio-Medical Market and its growth Trend
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
∎ Relevant computer literacy at MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.), Internet browsing
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
