Job Context:
∎ Deeplaid Laboratories Limited is one of the promising Herbal Medicine Manufacturer Company in Bangladesh. We are performing our business in Natural Medicine Sector with Herbal and Unani products. We are looking for committed and performance driven candidate who will work as Marketing Manager of Herbal Products for Deeplaid Laboratories Limited.
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate marketing plan.
∎ Preparing Yearly Sales Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target.
∎ Responsible for Marketing, sales, distributions and Collections as per company policy.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities in regular basis.
∎ To expand the business by creating new customer & maintain relationship with the potential physicians, chemists etc.
∎ Observe competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.
∎ To increase the unit/item wise product sales.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ Taking motivation step and rewards for the all field forces to achieving of the targeted vision through annual performance evaluation.
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship and networking with health related pharmacy
∎ Door to door communication with all Doctors' & Chemist.
∎ Maintain good relation with doctors & chemist.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Sales Management & Marketing
∎ At least 03-05 year(s) experience in sales & marketing as 'Head of Marketing'.
∎ Experiences in the following area(s) : Herbal Medicine will be an added advantage
∎ Primary Knowledge on Computer Literacy (Microsoft office software packages)
∎ Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player.
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable, Depends on the Educational qualifications and Experiences.
