Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate new leads for interior projects.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
∎ Implement targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new projects and clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to ensure marketing materials align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
∎ Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
∎ Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, interior design materials, techniques, and technologies relevant to the interior design industry.
∎ Meet sales targets and individual targets.
∎ Deliver weekly and monthly update reports to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
∎ Experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate / interior industry or related businesses.
∎ Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
∎ Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
