∎ We Are Hiring... Vacancy announcement for few Experienced Marketing Manager for one of Leading Manufacturing company in Bangladesh “Cherry Button Ltd.
∎ However, to expand its marketing territory, it needs some Sales Representatives (Manager-Sales & Marketing) who has the following experience & working abilities.
∎ Head Office: House: 498(1st Floor), Road: 09, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ Factory: Vannara, PO: Mouchak, PS: Kaliakair, Dist: Gazipur, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with existing clients, review the progress & identify further opportunities for new sales.
∎ Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy & follow-ups.
∎ Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
∎ Routinely attend sales calls & sales meetings with the clients.
∎ Communicate with each client in a professional manner.
∎ Directly align with the clients through leadership and content platform.
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans of stone aggregates and coals.
∎ Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ To set the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
∎ Should be experienced in marketing and sales department of stone aggregates and coals.
∎ Develop new buyers, maintain existing buyers and do sales service.
∎ Be responsible for total marketing and sales process independently or within the team.
∎ Good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
∎ Should have knowledge about garment accessories.
∎ Should have knowledge about the total commercial procedure of this business.
∎ Should be capable of analyzing market condition and prepare sales program.
∎ Should be dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Should be capable of searching new clients to increase portfolio.
∎ Ensure smooth service to the clients by physical presence.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in Metal Accessories manufacturing company
∎ Provision period time is Permanent position available to start working immediately.
∎ Minimum 4 Years (Longer experience is preferable)
Salary: Negotiable
