Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify overseas demand for manpower recruitment opportunities.
∎ Establish liaison/contact with clients & understand their requirements & expectations.
∎ Design & publish digital ads for social media regularly.
∎ Manage communication to maintain relationships with existing & new agents.
∎ Fulfil required passport collection within specified time.
∎ Entering & updating candidate details into ERP system.
∎ Come up with new & effective marketing strategies.
∎ Managing challenges and come up with positive outcomes & capability to shift priorities depending on the situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be fluent in English. And preferably conversant in Arabic.
∎ Someone who understands deliverables and sets priorities, timelines, milestones & measures of success.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
