Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set challenging operation goals, taking into account the expectation of all stakeholders.
∎ Formulated operational directions and competitive strategies, through the consultation with senior management.
∎ Draw the annual plan/budget, execute the approved plan and efficiently,manage all aspects of the business operation of the business unit for achieving the business performance in terms of productivity and efficiency.
∎ Ensure the quality and development of each member of the senior management staff of the business unit through challenge, Feedback, Coaching, Training and modeling self-development.
∎ Build interpersonal cooperation and teamwork between Business units and other functions of the business division.
∎ Provide requisite delegation to department heads, with corresponding controls.
∎ Ensure the audit, update and compliance with all corporate policies and systems in all the relevant areas of the business unit.
∎ Carry out any other operational tasks as assigned.
∎ Capable of handling European and USA based buyer of Knit and Woven.
∎ Source new customer and build an effective customer network.
∎ Market research & planning.
∎ Promote organizational campaigns and services.
∎ Prepare strategic marketing checkpoints as per company goal.
∎ Collaborate with several Media & agencies for company growth.
∎ Conduct door-to-door and field-based marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 47 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
