Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree with Science back ground preferable from any recognized University.
∎ Diploma in Civil & chemistry from any public Polytechnic Institute. B.Sc. in Civil Engineering & chemistry will be given preference.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for well deserve candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
∎ Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
∎ Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development for clients.
∎ Sales of Chemical to the Construction Companies, Developers &Retailers.
∎ Approaching and finding new customers who need our products and services.
∎ Visiting commercial & retails clients, in-person with door to door marketing, and creating brand awareness.
∎ Generating sales leads and increasing the customer base via cold calling, site visits, and networking.
∎ Effectively communicating with customers the benefits of our products and evaluating their needs.
∎ Producing and maintaining customer relationships, records and purchase histories.
∎ Reaching monthly quotas, setting targets, and tracking performance.
∎ Creating a professional and effective sales pitch / technique.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate will have minimum of 0 - 3 years of proven sales and technical experiences - preferably in the chemical related market. Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field of study. High level of communication skills. Must have excellent organization and interpersonal skills. Self motivated. Ability to prioritize work set and achieve goals.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Construction / Cement / Ready-Mix-Concrete
∎ Chemical Companies
∎ Pharmaceuticals
∎ Paint
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
