Job Context:
∎ The Executive Director - Sales & Marketing for Indenting / E-GP Tender / Buying House / Cosmetics business.
∎ He is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas
∎ Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments
∎ Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
∎ Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews
∎ Research competitors' products/services
∎ Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers
∎ Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
∎ May perform duties of Sales Managers as well
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Financial acumen and budget management skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in using software and technology.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement.
∎ Familiarity with international trading and customs procedures may be required for organizations with global operations.
∎ In-depth knowledge of international trade, shipping regulations, and customs procedures.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
∎ Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
