Job Context
Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, a modern and rapidly expanding healthcare institution under JSK Group, is looking for proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executives (District & Upazila Representatives) to promote hospital and diagnostic services across different districts and upazilas of Bangladesh.
The position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare marketing, and the ability to work independently in the field to build relationships with patients, clinics, doctors, and community organizations.
Job Responsibilities
Promote Sara Hospital & Diagnostic’s healthcare and diagnostic services in assigned districts and upazilas.
Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and community representatives.
Visit hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to create awareness about available medical services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing and patient referral targets.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in developing local marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the head office marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports and marketing feedback to the Head Office.
Organize health camps, seminars, and awareness programs at community level.
Maintain a professional image and uphold the values of Sara Hospital in all field activities.
No fixed basic salary.
Income will be based on target achievement and commission.
