• Make calls and answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about services;
• Manage Clients and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails, etc.;
• Ensure Service Delivery through follow-up process & updating documentations;
• Keep proper records and updated customer and clients' databases;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing and communication activities and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management;
• Perform any other assignments given by the superiors;
