Job Responsibilities:
∎ Random phone calling & answering frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the project or ready flats;
∎ Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently by discussing them with the concerned department;
∎ Keep customers updated on the latest offers in order to increase sales and customer awareness through telephone calls, SMS, e-mail, and other communication tools;
∎ Understand key customer’s individual needs and address those efficiently coordinate with the team leaders to plan strategically to increase sales & marketing initiatives;
∎ Working under pressure and meeting the deadline set by the superior provide daily, weekly & monthly reports to his/her superior regarding ongoing marketing activities;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent presentation and communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales & Marketing, Well Skilled in MS Word & Excel (Office Management).
