Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidates will be responsible for attending to the Client's requests, manage the office, and project the company's services.
∎ -Make calls and answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about services.
∎ -Manage Clients and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails, etc.
∎ -Ensure Service Delivery through follow-up process & updating documentations.
∎ -Keep proper records and updated customer and clients' databases.
∎ -The job demands a candidates that has patience and is very well mannered while speaking with clients over the telephone to provide customer support, customer retention, and develop customer relations.
∎ -The applicant should have excellent speaking presentation power with clarity, maturity, and persuasive behavior in convincing the clients.
∎ -Perform any other assignments given by the superiors.

∎ The applicants should have (1 to 2) years experience in the following area.
∎ Age 22 to 25 years.
∎ Open-minded and enthusiastic towards excellence.
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errors.
∎ Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
