Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational sales objectives. Effective management of the Sales & Marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing clients & creating new clients.
∎ Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales Target.
∎ Demonstrating & Presenting Products.
∎ Develop & Execute new sales strategies.
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
∎ Negotiating sales deals with clients.
∎ To prepare daily client visit plan.
∎ Monitor, review and report on all Sales Marketing activity and results.
∎ Develop promotional ideas.
∎ Daily basis report to line manager.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 5% Increment per year.
