Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with 2-3 years' experience in Garments Accessories Company of Bangladesh (Preferable Gum Tape, Numbering Sticker and Thermal Sticker).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Western Paper Industries (Bd.) (Pvt.) Limited is well-established company in our country. Western Paper has been manufacturing good quality Garments Accessories and sells to different Garments, knit & Apparels industries in Bangladesh and outside Bangladesh.
∎ We are seeking for energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive Sales Executive, who is committed to fulfill the sales and collection target.
∎ Workplace: Dhaka, Chittagong, Narayangonj, Saver, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform sales and marketing, promotional activities to obtain orders from different clients.
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate goals and achieve sales target.
∎ Developing and establishing new Customers
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ Visit the customers daily, do the site survey, meeting and understand their requirements.
∎ Must have ability to monitor delivery of products ordered by the clients.
∎ Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts, Collection & Achievement strategies.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours (If necessary).
∎ Have an excellent motorcycle driving skill and updated driving license.
∎ Candidate should be smart and well mannered.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
