Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies for manpower recruitment in KSA, Malaysia, UAE, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign recruitment agencies and employers.
∎ Handle client communication, proposal development, and contract finalization.
∎ Coordinate with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
∎ Represent the company in local and international events/meetings if needed.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports and projections for overseas recruitment targets.
∎ Ensure completion of any additional tasks assigned by the management as required.
∎ Create video content for Facebook, YouTube, and all other social media of the company.
∎ Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
∎ Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
∎ Create compelling and relevant content for the website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs to attract prospective students and build brand trust.
