∎ As a Marketing Executive at Sinbad Bangladesh, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong connections within the supply chain industry. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and secure contracts for our palletization services among various factories and commercial establishments.
∎ Key Responsibilities: Developing Strong Industry Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders within the supply chain industry, including factories and commercial entities.
∎ Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends within the industry. Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making.
∎ Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients, arrange meetings, and present Sinbad Bangladesh's palletization services. Persuasively articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services to secure contracts.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Utilize market insights and client feedback to refine approaches and maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes. Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress towards KPIs.
∎ Context:
∎ Target Market: Factories, industrial complexes, and commercial establishments requiring palletization services.
∎ Compensation: Negotiable basic salary with additional incentives based on performance and successful client onboarding. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be provided for each deal secured.
∎ No Fixed Targets: While there are no fixed targets, marketing executives are expected to exert their best efforts to onboard new clients and contribute to the growth of the business.
