Job Context:
∎ The applicant will be responsible for sale of flats/floors at the project locations.
∎ Duty Station: Aziz Market, Baigartek, Pallabi , Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for presenting workable proposals for promoting sale of flats.
∎ Be a pro-active salesman to attract buyers.
∎ Assist the company in promoting sales and marketing.
∎ Should be able to convince a buyer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Familiar with local business practices of Balughat and Pallabi
