∎ Prior sales or customer service experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
∎ Has a clear information about flat sales and be presentable.
∎ Sometimes you need to shoot videos.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking qualified candidates with experience hitting sales targets in the real estate industry who are youthful, vivacious, goal-oriented, and proactive.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target. Find Prospective Client by door-to-door visit. Attain project visit with the clients as per requirement. Maintain and update customer database. Maintain good relationship with clients and vandor as well.
∎ Ability to organize and lead property viewings, client meetings, connect qualified buyers and sellers, and finalize sales (pre-qualified leads will be provided).
∎ Willingly to visit door to door for collect property info like FLAT, APARTMENT, LAND AND PLOT who want to sale and buy.
∎ Keep try to sale and motivated client for purchase.
∎ Always keep in touch with company and clients and updating.
∎ Strong client relationship management, communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills are essential.
∎ A demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative business mindset, along with a genuine passion for real estate and sales, is highly desirable.
∎ Create and manage property listings for sale.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
