Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
∎ Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
∎ Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, loans, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
∎ Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value, with basic understanding on real-estate investment.
∎ Display and market real property to possible buyers.
∎ Prepare & Assist necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
∎ Be complete service focused and be available whenever a client needs to communicate.
∎ Maintain CRM software to update daily tasks and provide transparency to management.
∎ Cooperate with internal stakeholders, maintain smooth communication with peers and managers.
∎ Develop networks, build and manage relationships with existing clients and potential clients to get the first and repetitive business.
∎ Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices and policies.
∎ Be ethical in conducting business and maintaining transparency with the employer.
