∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully complete the sales target.
∎ Daily clients visit extensively.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide technical support to customers at their location.
∎ Provide training to the valued customers.
∎ Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
∎ Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
∎ Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction & implement any necessary corrective actions
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Achieve short and long term sales goal of the company.
∎ Right attitude for promoting company's Product and Brand image.
∎ Ability to deal with retail shop, clients & follow up sales activities & others.
∎ Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Make daily field visits to customers to retain existing business, increase volume & pursue new customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with critical thinking & approach.
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch & Mobile bill.
∎ Transportation allowance for client office visit.
∎ Commission facilities on Sales.
∎ Leave Policy.
∎ Salary review: yearly (as per performance).
∎ Bonus : Two festival bonus of gross salary.
