Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing relationships with customers through physical and virtual marketing.
∎ Formulate a tactical and strategic plan to achieve sales targets by regular field visit.
∎ Build a nexus for strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Develop new innovative ways to communicate with the customers and keep sound relations with those customers.
∎ Special care for new customers.
∎ Visits in different types of government & private organizations.
∎ Must be able to inspire team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
∎ It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in presentation, proposal documentation, negotiation, business communication, etc.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets and manage and mentor the sales team.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

∎ Analyzing market trends and good communication in negotiating skill.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
∎ High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
∎ Well organized, strong presentation skills, good communicator and motivator.
∎ Mindset to work in any location in Bangladesh.
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting.
∎ Self-motivated and have ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Computer knowledge.
