Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Pharmaceuticals, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Chamber, Medical Equipment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute the sales & marketing activities based on company's business objectives
∎ Analyze and identify market requirements for current and future activities by conducting market research supported by visit to customers such as Pharmacy, G.P, Specialist Doctors & Diagnostic Centre etc.,
∎ Collect, compile & share market intelligence information and report to the Management
∎ Formulate marketing strategy, coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve optimum expansion of service.
∎ Constant endeavor to achieve monthly patient's target (OPD&IPD) assigned by the authority.
∎ Visit Hospital & Specialist chamber & Inform about our service facilities.
∎ Visit target doctors regularly in the assigned territory, maintain good relationship with them and explore new market opportunity.
∎ Ensure appropriate monitoring on merchandising and promotional activities
∎ Support all company initiatives, provide action-oriented feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source of company.
∎ Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-5 years' relevant experience in - Hospital, Diagnostics or Pharmaceuticals will be preferable. Having experience in other fields may apply.
∎ Proven track record of working with Patients and Healthcare professionals
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point)
Salary: Negotiable
