Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA in Marketing from reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand market dynamics, the competition, and customer needs of the enterprise IT operations space
∎ Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, brochures or presentations focused on enterprise level marketing
∎ Co-ordinate with the sales team to see what they need and provide them with full support
∎ Any logistics or administrative support needed to help the marketing team (distribution of cards, sweets, notebooks, calendars, etc.).
∎ Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products
∎ Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
∎ Prepare well-structured content using Content Management Systems
∎ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate marketing materials
∎ Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and execute new topics
∎ Promote content on social media
∎ Managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written communication skill
∎ Excellent writing skills with unblemished grammar expertise
∎ Proficient computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and google apps
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
∎ Extensive knowledge on how to research online to generate meaningful content
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary.
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary).
∎ Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
∎ 15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year.
