∎ Applicants should have experience in the following industries: BPO/ Call Center/ Data Entry Firm/ Consultancy Agency.
∎ Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet Knowledge.
∎ Average Typing Speed.
∎ Good in English Reading, writing, and understanding.
∎ Fresher’s are encouraged to apply; Experienced candidates between 0 to 1 year(s) will be advantageous.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems & Provide general information.
∎ Make Regular Video Content and Go Live on social media channels.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content strategies.
∎ Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.
∎ Hardworking, Talented, Focused, Attentive to Details, Communicative, Positive & Flexible Personality, Good Typing & Computer Operating Skills is what we look for in a Candidate.
∎ Problem handling/solving skills & Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Should be dedicated to daily task completion.
∎ Skill in Internet Browsing.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.
